通信类高职市场营销专业“以点带面”式人才培养初探

摘    要:“行业背景”是高职院校打造品牌的特色保证,“以就业为导向”是高职院校办学的基本方向,以“质量为起点”是高职院校专业建设所应遵循的基本思路。高职专业建设要在分析社会需求及行业需求的基础之上,从学生的就业质量出发思考专业的建设方向。因此,“以点带面”式人才培养是兼顾通信类高职院校办学特色与人才培养质量的培养方式,是可以通过课程整合、实训分流、订单培养等手段进行设计与施行的。

Abstract:"background" is to build the brand characteristics of higher vocational colleges,"employment-oriented" is the basic direction of higher vocational colleges, to"quality"as a starting point is the basic idea which should be followed in specialty construction in Higher Vocational colleges. Higher vocational specialty construction should base on the analysis of the social demand and industry demand, starting on the construction of professional direction from the students' employment quality. Therefore, the"point to area"talent cultivation mode is both the training quality characteristics and talents training in higher vocational colleges education communication, can be by way of curriculum integration, training division, order training means and implementation design.
