| 摘 要： | 智能技术在制造业和过程工业自动化中的应用，如果只靠软件手段，硬件依然依托于传统控制系统的PLC＋现场总线结构，那么在实施中会遇到许多困难。基于高速交换以太网和嵌入式现场智能器件的新型控制系统硬件技术目前已经出现，为实现一种完全开放的网络结构和具有分布智能的控制系统提供了现实的条件，使智能自动化进入了一个新纪元。

| Abstract: | Applications of intelligent technology in the automation of manufacturing and process industries have confronted with difficulties because they have been relied merely on software means while the hardware architectures remain the traditional PLC fieldbus style. A new hardware technology for control systems based on high speed switched Ethernet and embedded intelligent field devices has emerged recently, therefore control systems with open networking and distributed intelligence have become feasible, this opens a new era for intelligent automation. |
