| 摘 要： | 猪血具有很高的营养价值,含有多种维生素、微量元素和生物活性物质,积极开发利用,能制成功能性添加剂,如:功能性小肽、血红素、抗氧化剂等。文章概述将其用于保健食品和饲料的生产,不仅能解决动物血液资源浪费的问题,还能提高肉类加工企业的产品附加值,必将带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。 |
