阻燃沥青的制备与性能研究

摘    要:选用三种阻燃剂分别制备了不同的阻燃沥青。研究了不同阻燃剂对沥青阻燃性的改善效果,并考察了各种阻燃剂对沥青物理性能的影响。结杲表明:三种阻燃剂对沥青的阻燃性有不同的改善作用,对沥青的物理性能也有不同的影响。

Abstract:Flame-retardant asphalts with different flame-retardant (H, L, W) were prepared. The effect of the flame-retardant on flame re-tardancy and physical properties of the flame-retardant asphalts were investigated. The results showed that the flame re-tardancy of asphalt was obviously improved by adding the flame-retardant H, L and W, respectively. However, the physical properties of asphalt had a certain influence simultaneously. Compared with flame-retardant H and L, flame-retardant W was excellent.It can improve the asphalt's flame re-tardancy remarkably, and has a little influence to asphalt's physical properties. The oxygen index of the asphalt with 8wt% flame-retardant W can be up to 27. 4 and physical properties of the flame-retardant asphalt still can meet the specification requirement of heavy traffic asphalt AH-70.
