摘    要:针对110kV、220kV架空输电线路上的引流跳线在大风影响下极易发生风偏闪络的问题,介绍了一种新型复合绝缘子——110kV/220kV防风偏硬跳线复合绝缘子,详细说明了这种绝缘子的外绝缘伞裙护套、内绝缘芯棒、端部连接附件等的设计参数、材料选择、功能特性及生产工艺,并介绍了整体注射成型工艺、端部压接工艺及高强度引流式均压环的使用。运行经验表明,防风偏硬跳线复合绝缘子具有优良的防污闪、防风偏性能,可有效解决台风、暴风等造成的跳线风偏闪络问题。

Abstract:In view of the common windage-yaw flashover of pilot-current jumper on /10 kV and 220 kV overhead transmission lines during gale, a novel composite insulator-- 110 kV/220 kV anti-windage-yaw hard-jumper composite insulator is described. The design parameters, material selection, function, character and manufacturing technique of its external insulation shed sheath, inner insulation core rod, terminal connecting parts are expounded. The overall injection molding technique, end crimp connection procedures and usage of high-intensity pilot-current grading ring are described. Operation experience shows that anti-windage-yaw hard-jumper composite insulator possess favorable flashover and windage yaw resistance, capable of effectively solving windage-yaw flashover of jumper caused by typhoon and windstorm.
