摘    要:介绍一种汽车座椅调节器综合性能测试方法,该方法利用交流伺服电机驱动器的输出扭矩检测汽车座椅调节器的转矩,利用伺服电机的编码器检测汽车座椅调节器的转角。详细描述了控制流程、应注意的问题,并设计检测装置。该装置无需外加扭矩传感器及转角检测传感器,且机构简单、实用可靠。

Abstract:A method was presented to test the torque and angle of car seat adjuster.The torque was tested by the output torque of an AC servo motor drive.The angle was tested by servo motor encoder.The control processes,problems that should pay attention to were illustrated.The test equipment was designed.The device has no external torque sensors and angle detection sensor,and its structure is simple,practical and reliable.
