基于ANSYS的管道腐蚀缺陷有限元仿真

摘    要:为了实现对管道腐蚀缺陷的识别,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,建立了管道腐蚀缺陷的三维有限元仿真模型;通过加载脉冲方波激励,分析了管道上感应磁场和电流分布情况,求解了检测线圈上的感应电压信号;仿真结果表明电压信号的峰值与腐蚀缺陷的体积有关,而过零时间与腐蚀缺陷的深度有关,通过提取峰值和过量时间这两个特征量可以实现对腐蚀缺陷的定量检测。

Abstract:in order to identify corrosion defects in tubes,the 3-D finite element model of tubes was made using ANSYS simulation software.Through loading pulsed square wave to the model,induced electromagnetic field distributions above the tube surface were analyzed and picked,coil induced voltage was solved.Results of simulations proved that the peak of voltage signals is related to the volume of corrosion defect and the zero-crossing time is related to the depth of corrosion defect.So distilling two features can det...
