转炉托圈及联接装置机械应力的三维非线性有限元分析

针对某钢厂3号转炉托圈水平联接座与下盖板焊接处产生的裂纹问题,建立整体装配模型,运用三维非线性有限元法,对托圈在焊接人孔和活动人孔两种情形下,不同倾动角度时,进行了机械应力分析,分析结果表明:两种情形下托圈整体机械应力分布大致相同,且应力水平相当;水平联接座与下盖板焊接处机械应力水平过高,这与国外某钢厂此处过早产生断裂损坏完全一致。

The 3D Non-linear Finite Element Analysis of Mechanical Stress for Converter Support Ring and Linkage

Aimed at the crack problem of place that the converter loop level base frame weld together with down cover plate in a factory,a whole assembly model is made.Under the loop with the welding manhole condition and with activist manhole condition,mechanical stress of loop is analyzed by 3-D non-linear finite element at different（pitch angle） location. It is found that the distribution of mechanical stress and the stress level are much the same in the two conditions; the mechanical stress at the place that the converter loop level of connection blocks weld together with down cover plate is higher,it is coincidence with the pre-mature destruction of foreign steel factory.
