| 摘 要： | 通过解决现场生产中的一种脱脂不良问题，发现问题的真因在于脱脂剂中碱成分螯合剂和表面活性剂的日常补加方式存在缺陷，通过试验对补加方法进行更改，由原来的按比例补加更改为依据脱脂面积补加，消除了脱脂不良现象。

| Abstract: | The really cause lie in that daily adding way of alkaline component chelating agent and surfactant in degreasing agent existence blemish by solving a bad degreasing problems on the field production,adding method was modified by experiment,the adding method was modified from original supplement in proportion to according to skim area adding,the undesirable phenomenon were resolved. |
