摘    要:研究了用甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯溴代乙烷季铵盐和苯乙烯的两亲(亲油、亲水)共聚物与ABS树脂所制备的抗静电合金的力学、抗静电行为及微观形态,研究结果表明,两亲共聚物的加入使ABS的力学性能略有下降,但其材料其有显著的持久抗静电性(表面电阻率下降2—4个数量级),两亲共聚物中的带有离子性的季铵盐链节起电荷传导作用,其传导电荷网络形成临界体积分数为0.05。通过SEM观察到ABS合金存在微相分离结构;共聚物在合金中存在浓度梯度;合金表面呈网状分布,内部呈球状分布。

Abstract:This is a paper dealing with the mechanical properties, antistativity, and morphology of the ABS alloy, which were prepared with amphiphilic copolymer, constituted with quaternary alkyl salt monomer of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and styrene. The results show that the mechanical properties ABS alloy are same as the those of ABS resin, but the alloy are donated significant permanent antistativity; quaternary alkyl salt unit with ionicity plays a role in the charge conduction; the critical volume fraction of charge conducting net is 0.05 ; micro phase separation structure and concentration gradient of the copolymer are obtained in the alloy by SEM, which are the net distribution in surface of the alloy and the bullet distribution in the inner.
