| 摘 要： | 车灯反射体主要由反射碗和其他辅助部件组成，反射碗的曲面复杂而精度高，导致车灯的开发周期长。而采用LightTools,reflector和ProeWildfire3．03种软件有效结合设计方法。加快了车灯反射碗的三维实现。ProeWildfire3．0模具设计与外挂EMX4．1标准模架模块的结合，更有效地缩短了车灯反射体模具开发周期。以某型号车灯的反射体为实例，演示快速构建反射体三维模型以及该款反射体的注塑模。
