基于变频器的变频调压交流电源

摘    要:设计了一个三相变频调压电源系统,它基于通用变频器输出,实现了数字式三相变频调压正弦波输出。具有输出电压闭环反馈控制功能,输出电压有效值为0V—380V,频率200Hz—450Hz,输出功率30kW。电源采用PLC控制下的虚拟仪器面板操作,具有频率测量、电流、电测量和过流、欠压、缺相等保护功能。

Abstract:A variable-frequency vohage-regulating three-phase power supply system was designed. Based on the general-purpose inverter, it realized the output of digital three-phase variable-frequency voltage-regulating sine wave. It possessed the closed-loop control function on the output voltage and could output 0V-380V at 200Hz-450Hz, and the output power could reach 30 kW. The system was operated through virtual instrument control panel based on the Programmable Logic Control(PLC), which held such functions as the frequency measurement, Root Mean Square(RMS) voltage and current measurement, the protection of over-current, the under-voltage and the phase-lacking etc.
