Family planning with Third-World males

Young people contribute disproportionately to the spread of veneral disease and to the rising rate of out-of-wedlock births in the United States. These factors, along with a growing conviction that males should assume greater sexual and parental responsibility, motivated the development of a pilot program in family planning for young males.
