摘    要:通过对X80管线钢淬火与高温回火的热处理试验研究,分析了淬火温度及回火温度对X80管线钢组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明,X80管线钢在930℃时已经能够完全奥氏体化,并获得板条状马氏体组织,且X80管线钢回火稳定性较高,力学性能相对稳定,并且随回火温度变化呈现出一定的规律性,在650℃回火时,其强度和塑性变化较为明显。

Abstract:This article analyzed the influence of quenching and tempering temperature on structure properties of X80 pipeline steel through heat treatment test.The test result showed that X80 pipeline steel is fully austenized at 930℃,and got lath-shaped martensite structure.Tempering stability of X80 steel is higher,its mechanical properties is stable,in addition,mechanical properties showed certain regularity along with tempering temperature variety.At 650℃ tempering,strength and plasticity change obviously.
