| 摘 要： | 某以电子商务为主要交易手段的商品展示中心,由于建筑特殊性,无法完全按照现行GB 50016-2006《建筑设计防火规范》中对展厅和商店的规定进行设计。参照《建筑设计防火规范》相关规定,针对商品展示中心的防火分区面积过大等问题,采用性能化防火设计方法,通过设置安全走道、防火隔间、下沉广场、防火隔离带、消防水炮等一系列强化措施提高安全性。设定相关火灾场景,运用烟气模拟软件FDS和人员疏散软件EXODUS进行论证可得:采取的措施能够有效控制火势蔓延和保证人员安全疏散,保证建筑整体安全。
