| Abstract: | Based on the current postal savings computer system, with thorough studies of multiple factors such as technical feasibility, beneficial of investment, system flexibility and efficient management, the conclusion is reached that national data centralization is the best among all there data centralization models (i.e. provincial level data centralization, area level data centralization and national level data centralization) for postal savings computer system. |
