摘    要:Scheibel萃取塔是一种常用的多级逆流搅拌萃取装置,它的主要缺点是存在比较严重的返混。为了减少返混,提高Scheibel萃取塔的萃取效率,本文设计了一种改进的Scheibel萃取塔,在传统的Scheibel萃取塔的填料两端各添加一块筛板,这样可以降低返混,减少转动流体对分层段的影响。本文用丙醇-水-庚烷体系研究了开孔率,搅拌速度,进料流量对改进的一级Scheibel萃取塔萃取效率的影响。得到了较佳的筛板开孔率10%和较佳的操作条件。在较佳的筛板开孔率和操作条件下用改进的三级Scheibel萃取塔和传统的三级Scheibel萃取塔进行萃取效率的对比,结果显示改进的Scheibel萃取塔的萃取效率要远好于传统的Scheibel萃取塔。

Abstract:Scheibel extraction column is one of the available countercurrent agitated contactors. The main disadvantage of the Seheibel extraction column is the severe baekmixing. In order to reduce the baekmixing effect and provide efficient phase separation, a modified single stage Scheibel column was designed. Two sieve plates were installed at the two ends of the packed section and it earl reduce the backmixing greatly. The factors of opening ratio, agitation speed and overall flow rates were studied in the modified Scheibel extraction tower by using propanol-water-heptane system. The optimized open porosity and operation parameters have been determined that the open porosity 10%, the agitation speed 100 r/min and the overall feed flow rate 6.0 mL/min. The extraction efficiency of the traditional Scheibel extraction tower and the modified Scheibel extraction tower were studied with the optimized opening ratio and operation parameters. The results demonstrated that the extraction efficiency of the modified Scheibel extraction tower was much better than that of the traditional one.
