支架试验台四缸同步控制系统的设计

摘    要:液压支架试验台在工作中受液体压缩、泄漏、阻尼等的影响,特别是受外载力的时变性及运动行程较大等因素的影响,实现多个液压缸的高精度同步控制有很大难度。以液压支架试验台升降液压缸系统为研究对象,分析升降液压缸的工作状态和运动特性,提出一种采用电液比例阀实现四缸同步控制的设计方案,采用主从式的控制策略,并建立系统的同步控制数学模型。MATLAB仿真和实验结果显示:该控制系统有很好的同步性,基本上满足目前液压支架试验台的同步精度要求。

Abstract:When hydraulic support test-beds are working,they are usually impacted by the factors such as compression,leakage and damping of fluid,especially by the time variation of some external loads and big motion travels.Thus,it is very difficult to realize precise synchronous motion of multiple hydraulic cylinders.After analyzing the working status and motion characteristics of the lifting hydraulic cylinder system of the hydraulic support test-bed,a design scheme was proposed to realize the synchro control of four hydraulic cylinders by employing electro-hydraulic proportional valves.A synchro control mathematical model of the system was established through adopting master-slave control strategy.MATLAB simulation and the experimental results show that the control system has good synchronism which meets the requirements of current hydraulic support test-beds about synchronization accuracy.
