摘    要:结合生产实践,通过对两段焙烧工艺处理高砷高硫金精矿的研究,提出了控制一段焙烧焙砂中硫质量分数在8%以上,强化二段炉内的硫酸化焙烧,保证燃烧室的供风控制及在焙砂酸浸工序后增加碱浸等措施,可有效地提高金氰化浸出率,降低氰化尾渣的金品位。

Abstract:Through research on eyanidation of the high content arsenic gold bearing sulfide concentrate calcine from a two-stage roasting proeess, incorporating with production practice, measures such as controlling the sulfur mass fraction in the calcine from the first stage roasting above 8 % , reinforcing the sulfur acidic roasting in the secondary roaster, keeping controlled air supply to the combustion chamber, and adding alkaline leaching after acid leaching of the calcine, which effectively improves leaching recovery for gold, and reduces gold content in the eyanidation railings.
