| 摘 要： | "一稿多投"是一个近年来讨论较多的话题。对于"一稿多投"现象,极力反对者有之,检讨其存在合理性者也大有人在。总的情况是,近年来,"一稿多投"的现象并不见减少,甚至有愈演愈烈的趋势。对于"一稿多投"现象广泛存在的原因,我们有必要立足网络环境来进行再审视,并思索解决这一问题的对策。 |
