氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定纺织品和皮革中微量砷

摘    要:采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定纺织品和皮革中的微量砷,对仪器条件、还原剂浓度、介质酸度以及共存元素等因素对测定结果的影响进行了研究.通过试验选择了最佳测定条件,得到砷的最低检出量为7.8 ng/g,相对标准偏差小于3%,加标回收率在97%-105%之间,能满足测定的要求.

Abstract:The trace As in the textile and leather was determined by hydride generation and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effects of operating conditions, concentrations of reductant, medium and acidity and coexisting elements on the results were studied. The results obtained under optimum conditions show the detection limit of 7.8 ng/g, the relative standard deviation is less than 3% ,and the addition recovery of between 97% and 105%.
