| 摘 要： | 通过对青岛橡胶集团有限责任公司近20年来断裂的9根辊筒进行实例分析，总结出辊筒断裂主要原因是：铸造加工缺陷，辊筒内外温差过大，操作不当等。建议在今后的使用中除对辊筒本身的质量要严格要求外，还要注意控制内外温差及精心维护，正确使用。
