摘    要:加减速控制方法是数控系统开发的关键技术之一,所以研究加减速控制方法具有重要意义.简单介绍了数控系统控制刀具轨迹运动的余弦加减速控制算法,并针对数控系统在处理大容量短轨迹NC代码时的运动加减速控制问题,提出了区域整体按余弦曲线加减速处理新的控制算法.实验证明,按照多段短轨迹代码整体按余弦曲线加减速规律进行控制,既能达到比较好的控制效果,满足加工的要求,又能解决海量短轨迹代码单段处理所产生的问题,更好的提高加工效率和加工质量.
