感应加热电源CCL静电耦合负载匹配电路分析

摘    要:提出了一种感应加热电源静电耦合CCL负载匹配方法。详细讨论了CCL构成谐振电路的特点,分析了负载匹配时输出最大功率与匹配电容的关系。在典型负载参数下,进行了负载匹配仿真实验,得到了特性曲线。仿真结果表明,该方法在负载得到最大功率时,可方便地进行补偿电容的计算,为分析感应加热负载匹配提供了一种新的分析思路。

Abstract:CCL load matching method of static electricity coupling used in induction heating power is described in this paper.The characteristics of CCL resonant circuit is discussed in detail and the relationship of output maximum power and match capacitances when load matching is analyzed.Under typical load parameters,the simulation is carried out and got the curves of the characters are given.It proved that CCL static electricity coupling load matching method could calculate the complementary capacitance easily at the time of output maximum power and a new thought of induction heating load matching is put forward.
