光交换系统中二维光纤输入列阵的精密检测实验研究

摘    要:高速传输的信息网中,需要有高速的信息交换与之相适应。用光交换代替电交换,已是人们的共识且正在致力于这方面的研究。光纤列阵是光交换模块的E/O接口,精度要求很高,需要有精密的检测跟踪,才能保证其研制精度。用CCD摄像头成像,送入PIP图像板,经计算机软件处理控制进行检测,取代常规的机械检测,精度可达1μm,甚至更小,方便适用,能够满足较高精度的科研检测要求。

Abstract:High-speed information transmission needs compatible high-speed information switching. It is a common sense that optical switching replaces electronic switching, and much effort has been taken in this kind of research. Optical fiber arrays are necessary E/O ports in an optical switching moduler. High precision test is required to ensure high accuracy of these optical fiber arrays. In this paper, a test method was presented. The optical fiber arrays were imaged with CCD, then the photograph was sent to PIP video digitizer board, measured and processed by computer software. This test method substituting the conventional mechanical one possesses advantages of high precision of 1μm or even less, and its convenience, which can meet the requirement of high accuracy.
