摘    要:为推动大模数圆柱直齿轮冷锻技术的实用化研究,提出了齿腔分流法,即在凹模齿腔深处设置分流型腔。并结合浮动凹模技术,通过数值模拟与物理实验相结合的方法,对齿腔分流法进行分析研究。与传统封闭式冷锻方案进行对比结果表明,该工艺不仅能很好地提高充填性能,而且能很大程度地降低载荷及单位压强。矩形分流型腔优于圆弧形分流型腔。齿形外围部分变形量大,质量好。锻件只需车削或磨削外圆即可得到合格零件,而且齿面纤维分布不受影响。

Abstract:In order to put cold precision forging of spur gear with big modulus into practice,a method dividing the material flow in dentiform cavity was put forward.Comparing with the traditional closed-style cold forging process,this process combining with floating die system was analyzed by the method of numerical simulation followed by physical experiments.The results show that this forming process is beneficial for improving the corner filling condition and decreasing the forming force significantly,while rectang...
