混凝土结构施工裂缝的诊断及其修补

摘    要:分析了某预应力桥梁预制T 梁施工裂缝产生的原因。采用双椭圆定位超声波检测技术, 快速、准确地诊断了混凝土结构施工裂缝, 并给出该方法判定T 梁裂缝深度的成功实例。提出了修补裂缝的经济、有效方案, 修补后的T 梁目前仍在正常服役。

Abstract:The cause of crack formation in construction of prefabricated T beams of a certain prestressed bridge is analysed. Exact and quick diagnosing of cracks in concrete structure can be achieved using ultrasonic nondestructive testing technique of double elliptical location, and successful examples are given of determination of the crack depth of the T beams using the method. An economic and effective scheme for mending up of the cracks is put forward. The T beams which were mended up are in normal service.
