| Abstract: | Based on the importance of the engineering pre-settlement in construction programs,the paper analyzes some problems in the engineering pre-settlement process,illustrates the skills for auditing the engineering pre-settlement,including the grouping construction auditing method,comparative auditing,decomposing comparative auditing method,and full-side auditing method,so as to exert the important role of the pre-settlement in the program management. |
