小断块稠油油藏开采技术的研究及在文38块的应用

摘    要:方法结合文38块小断块稠油油藏开采的实践经验,对小断块稠油油藏的油层改造、井筒降粘工艺进行研究。目的提高小断块稠油油藏的开发速度。结果提出了一套适合小断块稠油油藏的开采技术,使文38块油井利用率由33%提高到100%,采油速度由0.55%提高到1.54%,采出程度由3.06%提高到5.62%,投入产出比达到1∶10.18。结论小断块稠油油田开发是一个系统工程,油层、井筒、地面三结合,才能取得好效果。同时应因块、因井制宜,突出实用性、技术灵活性的特点。

Abstract:Method Combining with the practical recovery experience of small fault-block heavyoil reservoir in block Wen 38, this paper studies technologies of reservoir modification andwellbore viscosity reduction for small fault-block heavy oil reservoir. Purpose To acceleratethe development of small fault-block heavy oil reservoir. Result A set of recovery technologies suitable for small fault-block heavy oil reservoir are presented. It has enhanced the utilization rate of oil wells in block Wen 38 from 33% to 100%, the rate of oil production from0. 55 % to 1. 54%, the recovery percent of reserves from 3. 06% to 5. 62 %, and the inputoutput ratio reaches 1: 10.18. Conclusion The development of small fault-block heavy oilreservoir is a system engineering, it needs the combination of reservoir, wellbore and landsurface to achieve good result. It is also necessary to suit the measures to actual block andspecific well to be practical and technically flexible.
