乙醇胺合成的新工艺研究

摘    要:方法采用高浓度氨水溶液和环氧乙烷,在水作催化剂条件下液液相反应合成乙醇胺。目的解决乙醇胺生产中能耗高、成本高,产品缺乏市场竞争力等问题。结果MEA的产率随氨和EO摩尔比的增加而增大,而DEA、TEA的产率随氨和EO摩尔比的增加而减小。温度对产品分布的影响不显著。增大氨浓度.MEA的含量略有减小,而DEA、TEA的含量略有增加。结论该工艺大大降低了脱水所需能量,降低了生产成本,提高了产品质量。

Abstract:Method Monocthanolamine is synthesized through liquid-liquid reaction betweenstrong aqua and epoxyethane with water as accelerant. Purpose To solve the problems ofhigh energy consumption and high cost in monoethanolamine production, and lacking of market competition ability. Result The output rate of MEA increases with the increasing ofmolal ratio of ammonia to EO, while the output rates of DEA and TEA decrease with the increasing of molal ratio of ammonia to EO. The influence of temperature to product distribution is not obvious. If the concentration of ammonia increases, the content of MEA will decrease a little, but the content of DEA and TEA will increase a little. Conclusion With thistechnology, the energy needed for dehydration is reduced to a large extent, production costis reduced, products quality is improved.
