摘    要:针对生产中2A14铝合金壳体热处理性能不稳定,对2A14锻件进行了热处理工艺试验,测定了经不同工艺热处理后合金的力学性能。结果表明,影响该铝合金锻件力学性能的主要因素为原材料状态,锻造变形程度及热处理工艺。

Abstract:The heat treatment process test was done for 2A14 aluminium alloy forging because of its unstable mechanical properties after being heat-treated. The mechanical properties of alloy heat-treated by using different processes were measured. The results show that the essential factors which have influence on the mechanical properties lie in raw material, deformation extent and heat treatment process for the 2A14 aluminium alloy forging.
