摘    要:实验以β环糊精(β-CD)为造孔剂,采用水热法制备了高比表面积介孔TiO2纳米粉体.利用BET、XRD、N2 ad-sorption-sorption等方法对样品进行了测试.考察了水热温度、水热时间、焙烧温度、造孔剂添加量等因素对材料的比表面积及其光催化性能的影响.实验结果表明:当体系的水热温度180℃、水热时间8h、...

Abstract:Mesoporous titania powders with high specific surface area were prepared under hydrothermal conditions by employing β-cyclodextrin (CD) as template, and characterized by means of BET, XRD and N2 adsorption-sorption. The effects of the hydrothermal temperature, hydrothermal time, calcination temperature and template content on the specific surface area and photocatalytie performance of mesoporous titania were discussed. The mesoporous anatase titania powders with most probable pore size 4,3 nm and specific surface area 216.2m2g-1 were prepared while the hydrothermal temperature was 180℃, the hydrothermal time was 8h, the calcination temperature was 350℃ and β-CD/TiO2 =60wt%; and the powders had the best photocatalytic activity.
