| 摘 要： | 以纯柠檬酸溶液为体系研究了钙在其中的溶解性,研究结果表明在不超过国家规定的钙的添加量范围内,一般不同出现柠檬酸饮料钙盐沉淀问题,柠檬酸的最大许可深度为０．０８７ｍｇ／ｇ。

| Abstract: | The solubility of calcium in the solution of pure citric acid is studied in the article. It's concluded that the precipitation of calcium salts will not take place in beverages containing citric acid within the limits of the addition of calcium stipulated in China. The highest allowable concentration of citric acid is 0 087 mg/g. |
