摘    要:研究了负载于γ-A l2O3上的Fe、Co、N i与Mo形成的双组分过渡金属氧化物上CO对SO2催化还原。考察了不同组分配比、不同反应温度、不同反应物配比以及不同空速下的活性。结果表明,双组分Fe系过渡金属氧化物对CO还原SO2反应具有很好的催化活性,催化活性顺序为CoMoγ/-A l2O3>FeMoγ/-A l2O3>N iMoγ/-A l2O3。配比为w(Co)=15%,w(Mo)=5%时活性最佳,在反应气体配比为m(CO)∶m(SO2)=2∶1,空速为3600mL/(h.g),温度在400℃时,SO2转化率达到最大值74.8%。

Abstract:Double components of Fe series oxides and molybdenum oxide supported γ-Al_2O_3 were prepared by impregnation,and were used in the catalytic reduction of SO_2 by CO.Result showed that the catalysts were excellent for the reduction of SO_2.The activity order were CoMo/γ-Al_2O_3 > FeMo/γ-Al_2O_3 > NiMo/γ-Al_2O_3,and the conversion of SO_2 reach 74.8% when the ratio of Co to Mo was 15% to 5% and ratio of CO to SO_2 was 2∶1,with feed rate of 3600ml/h·g and reaction at 400℃.
