摘    要:该文介绍了一种可用于测量天然气管道压力的智能数字压力计设计.该设计主要以MPX5500DP压力传感器、LM3S 1138微控制器和PTR8000无线通信模块为主要部件.压力传感器测得的信号经去耦、滤波电路后,送入LM3Sl138微控制器中,由其A/D转换等处理后,通过LCD液晶显示并将处理后的数据经由PTR8000无线模块传送给上位机,从而实现了对天然气管道的压力数据实时处理、存储和监控的功能.该设计提高了压力测量的便捷性,降低了成本,减少了能耗,具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:The paper introduces the design of an intelligent digital pressure meter used to measure the gas pipe pressure. The design is mainly made by MPX5500DP Pressure Sensor, LM3S 1138 microcontroller, and PTR8000 wireless communication module. The signal, measured by pressure sensor, is sent into LM3S 1138 microcontroller, after it has been decoupled and filtered. Then, after some disposals, such as the A/D switch, the data can be got, it is displayed by the LCD and the disposed data will be sent to the upper monitor. Thus, dispose, store and monitor the pressure data of gas pipe in real time. The design improves the convenience of pressure measuring, decreases the cost, and reduces the energy consumption, so it has certain value of reference.
