摘    要:运用确定性混沌分析技术,研究了气液固三相并流系统散式鼓泡流、聚式鼓泡流、柱塞流、泡沫流及环状流压力波动信号的混沌动力学行为。结果表明,吸引子可以用来表征气液固三相并流系统的动力学行为,混沌特征参数相关维D2和K熵可以用来定量识别以上五种流型。以混沌定量识别为基础,给出了三相并流系统的流型图。

Chaotic Identification of Regimes of Gas-Liquid-Solid Three-Phase Co-current Flow System

Abstract:The hydrodynamic behavior of the dispersed bubble regime, the coalesced bubble regime, the slug flow regime, the froth flow regime, and the annular flow regime in a gas-liquid-solid three-phase co-current flow system was studied by deterministic chaotic analysis of time series data of pressure fluctuations. A column of 0.04m ID with a height of 2.0m was used. Air, water, and polystyrene grain with 0.25~0.30mm were used as gas phase, liquid phase, and solid phase, respectively. The gas-liquid-solid system was co-current and upward flow. Superficial gas and liquid velocities were varied over the range of 0~2.78ms-1 and 0~0.354ms-1, respectively. A total of 44,000 data of pressure signals were captured at a frequency of 250 Hz using a sensor of probe positioned in the middle of the column at the height of 1.36m above the distributor. It was shown that the hydrodynamic behavior of this system can be presented by the chaotic attractors and the characteristics of above five regimes can be quantitatively identified by correlation dimension and Kolmogrov entropy. The flow regime map of the gas-liquid-solid three-phase co-current flow system was drawn based on this chaotic identification.
