| 摘 要： | 结合工作实践,针对近年来建筑施工合同管理中存在的各种问题进行了分析,包括合同签订阶段、履约阶段、合同管理制度等方面,并从管理人员素质、合同管理体系及制度等角度入手提出了相应的对策,以期加强建筑企业合同管理水平。

| Abstract: | Combining with the practice,the paper analyzes all kinds of problems in the contract management of recent architectural construction from the contract signing stage,the stage of performing contract,and the contract management system,and points out the respective strategies from the quality of management personnel,the contract management system and the system,so as to improve the contract management level of the architectural contract. |
