| 摘 要： | 从工程建设实际情况出发,结合管理模式的定义、管理理念等相关知识,探讨了建设工程项目施工管理方法应具备的特点,总结归纳了目前项目施工管理存在的问题,针对性地给出了一种循序渐进的逻辑管理模式,并作了具体说明,以指导实践。
