| Abstract: | The paper explained the extreme sternness for realizing the goal of energy saving and loss reducing in 2010 using the data,and elaborated the important position of industrial enterprises in nation-wide energy saving and loss reducing,the major problems and the way of realizing energy saving and loss reducing.It is pointed out that under the stiff promotion of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,to realize the restrained index of energy saving and loss reducing in 2010 is prospective. |
