摘 要: | 新疆空管运行管理系统是基于三维地理信息平台,研究遥感技术和地理信息系统在现代民用航空中的应用,将三维空间遥感数据、民航各专业数据、管理信息、业务流程等多业务平台、多管理系统结合起来,提供直观的操作控制界面,实现民航空管运行集中监控、运行保障、特殊事件及影响分析、突发事件处理及预案生成等功能。

Abstract: | Xinjiang operation and management of air traffic control system is based on three-dimensional geographic information platform,the application of remote sensing technology and geographic information systems in the modern civil aviation,remote sensing data of the three-dimensional space,civil aviation,professional data,management information,business processes such as multi-service platform,multi-management system combine to provide an intuitive operator control interface,the Air Traffic Management to run centralized monitoring,operations support,special events and impact analysis,deal with emergencies and plan generation. |
