燃烧法制备纳米铁酸镉和铁酸铜及表征

摘    要:以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O、Cu(NO3)2·3H2O和Cd(NO3)2·4H2O为原料,以柠檬酸为还原剂,采用燃烧法制备了CuFe2O4和CdFe2O4纳米粉体,用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等手段对样品进行了表征,结果表明样品为立方晶系铁酸铜纳米粉体和立方晶系铁酸镉纳米粉体,其平均粒径约为22nm和18nm,并具有超顺磁性。

Abstract:Taking Fe (NO3) 3 · 9H2O, Cu (NO3) 2 · 3H2O and Cd (NO3) 2 · 4H2O as raw materials and the Citric Acid as reducing agent, and making CuFe2O4 and CdFe2O4 Nano -- powder with the Combustion method. Meanwhile, the samples are characterizing by XRD, IR and VSM. The results are showing that the samples are the Cubic crystal system CuFe2O4nano--powder and theCubic crystal system CdFe2O4nano --powder, their particle's diameters are at between 30 -50 nm, and they have the superparamagnetic.
