摘    要:本文建立了一个描述钨极氩弧点焊熔池中流体动力学状态及传热过程的数值分析模型。该模型考虑到了熔池传热过程的瞬时特点、熔池界面的移动以及电磁力、自然对流和表面张力梯度的综合影响;揭示了熔池内部电磁力场、流场和温度场相互作用的规律;采用了流函数—涡度法以及全隐式差分格式。根据该模型得出的数值分析结果与实验值吻合程度良好。

Abstract:A mathematical model is proposed to evaluate the fluid flow field and temperature profile in a stationary TIG weld pool. The model is concerned with the unsteady state property of the heat transfer process in a stationary TIG weld pool, the movement of the weld pool boundary and the influences of electromagnetic, buoyant and surface tension forces. It reveals the law of interaction of electromagnetic force field, fluid velocity fjeld and temperature profile. The stream function-vorticity and implicit finite difference methodare employed to approach the solusion. The model can be applied to analysis of the fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena in a stationary TIG weld pool. The numerical results based on the model are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
