Preliminary Study on Water-saving Society Construction in XianXian

The shortage of water in Xianxian has become the important factor which restricts economic development. Because water-saving is the most effective solution to water resources shortage, water-saving is imperative in Xianxian. Combining with the fact in Xianxian, the paper suggests that the way of opening source, saving water and managing water-saving should be adopted to relieve water resources shortage, which can provide reference for the local social construction.
