埋地卧式容器的设计计算

摘    要:埋地卧式容器与地上卧式容器不同的是要承受土壤所施加的外压力。如果它被部分或全部置于地下水位以下,那么地下水对其有浮力作用。因此,在设计中这两个因素是不容忽视的。将埋地卧式容器的设计分为两种情况,当卧式容器本身承受内压时,可以将容器分别按照承受内压的卧式容器和承受外压的卧式容器分别进行设计计算;当卧式容器本身承受外压时,可以将容器自身的外压与土壤所施加的外压之和作为容器所承受的压力进行设计计算。同时介绍了埋地卧式容器的抗浮设计。

Abstract:Buried horizontal vessel has the excellences of less oil volatility and saving ground,so it has been wildly used.Buried horizontal vessel is different from the horizontal vessel which is on the ground.Buried horizontal vessel bears the pressure which the soil applies.If the buried horizontal vessel is placed under the groundwater or the part of buried horizontal vessel is placed under the groundwater,then the buried horizontal vessel will be received the press the groundwater gives.The two factors must be not ignored during design.The design of buried horizontal vessel can be divided into two considerations.If the pressure is an internal pressure,we can separately design and calculate it as a vessel which receives the internal pressure and a vessel which receives the external pressure.If the pressure is an external pressure,we can design and calculate it as a vessel which receives the external pressure,the external pressure is the sum of the pressure which the vessel itself receives and the external pressure which the soil inflicted.At the same time,the anti-float design is introduced.
