工业磨机中的解离特征研究

摘    要:采用图象自动分析装置研究了复合硫化矿石和磁铁矿石在工业磨机中的解离特征、结果表明,对于特定的矿石而言,细至浮选粒度的全自磨磨矿比一段自磨和二段球磨组成的磨矿系统产生了更适宜于浮选的粒子形状和解离特征,总体上达到了节能效果。

Abstract:The paper states the features of disintegration of compound sulphite and magnetite in the industrial mill. The results indicates that for the specific mine ore, self-grinding of fine particles appropriate to foe float processing will produce more suitable particle shape and disintegrdtion features for the float processing compared to the grinding circuit comprising of foe first stage. autogenous grinding mill, and the second stage, ball mill, and thus reduction of energy consumption is secured.
