我国观赏植物种质资源流失的原因及对策

分析了我国观赏植物种质资源流失的原因,主要有人工破坏及自然灾害影响,观赏植物品种生产单一化及编目、收集、保存力度不够等国内因素;国际方面的原因,主要有官方交换及互赠、科研人员夹带出境、完全的商业行为和公司买卖等原因。提出了防止我国观赏植物资源流失的5个对策:(1)制定《中国观赏植物资源保护和管理》的法规,(2)采取就地保护、迁地保护等措施,(3)强化对观赏植物资源的科学研究工作,(4)严格观赏植物资源的出口与管理工作,(5)加强宣传教育,增强人们的保护意识。

The Causes and Countermeasures on the Running Off of Germ Plasm Resources of the Ornamental Plant in China

The causes of the running off of the germ plasm resources of ornamental plant in China are analyzed,including the domestic factors like the influence of man-made damages and natural disasters,the unitary produdion of ornamental plant species,and insufficient efforts in their catalogue,collection and protection,and the international factors like governmental exchanges and presents, smuggling abroad by scientific researchers,fully commercial actions and company businesses.5 countermeasures to prevent the running off of the germ plasm resources of ornamental plant in China are put forward:(1)Formulating regulations of the Protection and Management of Ornamental Plant Resources of China,(2)Taking the measures of on-site or relocation protection,(3)Strengthening the scientific research on the ornamental plant resources,(4)Being strict with the export and management of ornamental plant resources, and(5)Building up people's awareness of protection through propaganda and education.
