凹山选矿厂多碎少磨工艺探讨

摘    要:介绍了高效破碎技术——高压辊磨机对凹山选厂细碎产品进行半工业试验及阶段磨选试验研究的情况。试验结果表明,原矿入磨粒度和入磨量可大幅度降低,可提高选厂技术指标和生产能力,从节能、提质、环保等方面均可产出很大效益,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:The pilot test of highly efficient comminution technology-high pressure roller mill on the fine crushing product of washan Concentrator and the test research on staged grinding and separation are described. The test results show that the mill feed size and the mill feed amount can be greatly reduced and the technical performances and production capacity of the concentrator be raised. Great benefits can be achieved in energy saving, quality improvement and environmental protection, showing a good application prospect of this technology of highly efficient communication.
