| Abstract: | The operation situations of heat and power plants in Taizhou are introduced. Effective measures are analyzed in terms of technical transformation, development of heat consumers and strict internal management in these plants. This paper gives a further discussion of the countermeasures and developing conception that local combined heat and power plants should adopt. |
