摘    要:乍得H区块钻井过程中发生的井壁坍塌、井眼缩径等井壁失稳问题极大地影响了该区块的开发进程.因此,对乍得H区块发生的井下复杂情况进行了梳理,采用X射线衍射法进行了岩心黏土矿物组分分析,结合现场使用情况,优化了Bio-Pro钻井液配方,加强了体系抑制性、减少了钻屑水化分散、及时清除有害固相,并提出了适合该区块有关钻井液的部分合理建议.

Abstract:The problems ofborehole instability and tight-hole greatly influenced the development process of Block H in Chad.In this paper,the drilling problems were analyzed systematically and the clay mineral compositions were tested by the X-ray diffraction method.The Bio-Pro drilling fluid system was optimized to strengthen inhibition,reduce hydrated clay and clean out solid in time.
