摘    要:胶乳水泥浆的不稳定会引起胶乳外渗或易起泡等一系列不良后果,为了提高胶乳水泥浆体系的稳定性,比较了乳化剂及固体颗粒2种不同类型的稳定剂对该水泥浆的稳定效果,优选出非离子型乳化剂并辅以阴离子型乳化剂作为胶乳稳定剂,研究了该稳定剂不同加量下胶乳水泥浆的稳定性、抗盐性及常规性能,得出当乳化剂的加量为水泥加量的1%时,胶乳无外渗、无析水、水泥石致密,最终确定了胶乳水泥浆的配方,为进一步设计胶乳水泥体系提供了依据.

Abstract:Considering the bad effects taken by seepage of latex and foaming in latex cement system,a combined emulsifier system including non-ionic and anionic emulsifiers is optimized to improve the performances of stability salt-resistance and others.The experimental results show that when the content of emulsifier is 1%,there is no seepage of latex and water,and the cement stone is tough,which provides a foundation for the future research.
